I love aerobic classes of all kinds, but this surpasses them all. It is like being the star of my own music video, but without the pressure of having to sing!
With help and guidance of Karen Rich at Lighthouse Fitness, I am a new person enjoying life.
Since joining the “Rock UR Body class 5 months ago I’ve lost 50lbs and have never had this much fun at working out. Karen makes each class exciting,making all of us feel like we can go all night – she’s awesome!

No more baby belly! Despite being a devotee of all forms of exercise, I still couldn’t get rid of the belly one year later. Then voila, Karen’s class worked it’s magic in no time. An amazing workout and so much fun! I am pumped to “Rock my body” any day I can get to class no matter if it’s 8 am or 7 pm, and it puts me in a great mood for the rest of the day or night!
Karen’s cardio dance and zumba classes have changed my life. I know it sounds silly, but it is true. Before Karen, I was working out, eating right and getting no results, which left me frustrated and depressed. I was also so bored of my routine at the gym that I thought, really what is the point? After taking Karen’s classes and I hate to call them classes because they are really more like an experience, I am a different person. I have lost weight, toned all my muscles and I just love going to the classes. I am happier, have more energy and most importantly I am having fun while working out. You have to try Karen’s classes. You will be so happy you did. Karen makes everyone feel welcome and special because that is just her way. Karen will motivate you to work out harder even on those days where you would rather be sitting on the couch with whatever your particular choice of drink or food is. See you next Tues!MicheleI started January 2011 in the now called Rock Ur Body class. I was nervous at first but Karen made me feel very comfortable and told me to go at my own pace. It is a lot of fun and every week I look forward to going to class. I have lost 21lbs and been maintaining it. I feel so much better about myself. I met a lot of nice people.
